Entry is Free, but donations are gratefully accepted. We spend thousands of dollars each year to build the haunt, so anything you give will help us build more next year.
With a larger donation, VIP passes allow you wait in a separate, much shorter line.
We are on the north side of Olive Dr, between Fruitvale and Patton. 6904 Olive Dr
It is recommended that you park in the neighborhood north of Binning Manor and walk to the haunt.
We have no age limit, but build the haunt as a PG-13 experience. We usually have an early exit for younger kids before the really scary bits.
No smoking or flames of any kind.
No pushing, shoving or running.
No food or drinks.
No lights of any kind.
Do not touch actors props or decoration.
